Under the able the leadership of Mr. Ronald Lobo, and the dedicated work of other committee members, KCA UK got a very strong foundation. These like minded people gave a good start for KCA UK by hosting the first “Monti-Fest” in Manchester, KCA family Picnic and other indoor games. This committee succeeded in creating link between Konkani people in the United Kingdom.

This committee put all its efforts in developing KCA UK as a strong association, by developing contacts with other Konkani Association in the United Kingdom. The First “Christmas Boom’ a social gathering during the Christmas time was successfully carried out. Thanks to President Mr. James Ravi Pinto for his commitment and continuing support to KCA UK.

This committee has worked hard for recognition of the Konkani community in the United Kingdom. KCA UK has promoted a greater understanding and cooperation amongst various Konkani speaking communities in the United Kingdom during this time. During this time KCA UK started participating in the cultural and social events conducted by local community groups.
The Present Committee (Since 2010)
Apart from following the footsteps of earlier committees, President Stany Rodrigues and his team would like to reach more Konkani people within the United Kingdom. Cultural cohesion has been promoted through talks and training events.
